Easy No-Bake Chickpea Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the chickpeas, oats, dates, flax meal, peanut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a food processor and process until it turns into a paste.

  • Place the mixture into a large bowl and add the chocolate chips. Stir well.
