It’s ok, leans sweet if you’re into that. Adding some lemon zest improved the flavor. I could take it or leave it as is.

In reply to Adriana. Those would absolutely work. Medjool dates are just a bit juicier. I usually eat this cold, but it would probably taste good warm too. Let me know how you like it!
